We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
β Β Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products due to health and safety regulations.

- Return Instructions: If your return is approved, weβll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@apexzone.com if:
- Your item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Weβll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
πΒ Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:
- Return the original item following our return process.
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
